Collaborative Law in Seattle

Currently, I practice collaborative law with my small team Kithe Collaborative Divorce. I believe we offer the premier divorce experience in the state designed to leave you and your family in the best shape possible.  My team includes:

• Laila Atallah of Career Coaching with a Twist, to assist you in discovering better career options.
• Christopher Coggeshall with M and T Bank, a mortgage broker to make sure you have the most appropriate mortgages for your situation and to address financial debt issues that arise during divorce.

• Our group is looking for a child advocate to add to our team. 

Kithe meets one morning a month to go over cases, and develop systems and plans so that you get the best collaborative team services in Washington.  We are experimenting with a group intervention for severely stuck couples. If you are stuck in a litigation nightmare with other attorneys, we invite you to try our team-intervention.  We are offering these services at a discount if you are willing to give us feedback about the intervention.
